30-Day Return Policy

At Merry Snugs, we want you to be happy with your order. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery, or misuse will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, expedited processing fees, shipping protection, and other non-refundable add-ons are not refundable unless required by law.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process an approved refund.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
